Welcome! I'm

Cami Westervelt

ALC, NCC

Taking the steps towards therapy can be uncomfortable, especially if this is your first experience or if you haven’t found the right fit yet. I am passionate in knowing that authenticity and connection can foster a safe space to be exactly as you are with non-judgment and empowerment.

About Cami

I'm glad you're here

I operate from an acceptance and commitment therapy approach, incorporating trauma-informed and somatic (mind-body) interventions, mindfulness and yoga (originating from Southeast Asia and Buddhism), play therapy methods, and expressive therapies. I can also incorporate more practical tools such as DBT and CBT skills.

I strive to see my clients through a multicultural lens, taking into consideration any social, racial, or cultural identities they feel are important to who they are. I am an LGBTQIA2S+ ally.

I work with my clients on reaching their goals and navigating life transitions. For my child & teen clients, understanding their worldview is essential to addressing challenges they may experience.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling focused on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting wellbeing through life’s transitions.

Couples Counseling

Using a whole-person approach, I help couples deepen understanding, improve communication, and move toward greater relational wellbeing.

Kids and Teens

Child and adolescent counseling grounded in play-based methods and evidence-informed practices to support emotional regulation, identity development, and wellbeing.
